Wrongly Imprisoned

How many people in the world are wrongly imprisoned?. probably a large number which begs the question is the western justice system the right system .
there is mounting evidence that if one was to look at Islamic Shariah law  this injustice would be eliminated, along with reducing crime to nearly zero, right across the spectrum.
