British Children cannot Read & Write

I keep referring to the British Pm who keeps telling Muslims they need to follow the western way of life and more so the british one. To follow its example, life, values, freedom, progress, equal opportunities.
This is ok to some point , but how can  a 21st century country which is telling Muslim nations they are illiterate and that is directed at the Muslim girls more than boys  come out with damming evidence from reports showing the massive rise of failed boys and girls in the education system in this country who cannot read or write.
I always say if you are going to accuse someone, a people, or a nation then always look at yourself first to see if those weaknesses are in you first. If they are sort them out before accusing and pointing the finger at others.
