Planting by the Moon

In Islam the moon is a crucial part of a Muslims daily life. The Islamic calender follows the lunar module, you see the crescent of the moon on many masjid roofs.
Now today in the west, gardener's are understanding the significance also of using the moon to help them in planting throughout the year.
Ofcourse muslims were following this procedure working in harmony with the moons phases hundreds of years ago.
