Is this True or is it a theatre of fear?

So much is being written about climate wars that lay ahead that western countries through their foreign policies mainly America if you study are already planning ahead.

I begun to read about this some years ago, but something again in my heart is telling me things are not what they appear.
Again I'm getting very worried
