We hear of the very sad news of the passing away of Moulana Yunus Patel from South Africa, who passes away yesterday and was buried this morning after Fajr in Makkah.
May Allah SWT grant him the highest level and status in Paradise and May Allah be with his family.
This is truly a sad day for not just Muslims, but for humanity. I urge you all to learn about the life of this remarkable man who devoted his life in helping not just Muslims but non Muslims in moving away from evil and wrong and returning to God.
His life was devoted in trying to instill that love for Allah SWT and for Prophet Muhammed SAW.
I had the wonderful opportunity of knowing Hazrat for many years and spending many precious days, weekends in his company.
A sad day and a loss for the world. It is the duty now for us all to carry on with his legacy.
