What are they Spaying?

I have written about his before, but am getting increasingly concerned over what I'm seeing more of in the sky? it certainly is not from planes as I'm in a area where very few large aircraft fly. So what is this in the sky I'm seeing and many more  in many parts of the world?

I have to say I'm getting very concerned.
