British School Children & Violence

I am lost for words to read this, that figures are showing the increase in crime related incidents in schools with children and with bringing deadly weapons into the school as well.

Please can some one tell me where Mr Cameron gets his advice from when he is asking  the world to follow the British way of life with its liberal values, freedom and  human rights and superiority over other nations and cultures.
