Is it Called Corruption?

This man who used to be in charge of the British Government's media hub has been involved it appears in handing out large sums of money to the police for possible info to sell on the covers of British tabloid newspapers.
What is it PM Cameron keeps telling Muslims in the world? Oh yes they need to follow democracy, values, equal rights and our way of life. Does that mean possible lies, corruption and phone tapping?
