If there is one book I would suggest you get its (The Global Economic Crisis). The authors are Michel Chossudousky and Andrew Gavin Marshall.
it gives the reader a comprehensive analysis of various facets such as the financial, social, and military ramifications from an outstanding list of world class social thinkers.
