The fighting continues, the talks start and they fail, but both muslims and Jews and indeed Christians that support Israel including the Christian Zionists, neo conservatives, evangelicals, know that according to both scripture the final proceedings will take place in the very place where the conflict is at present.
The whole policy of the west whether we believe or not is to support Israel and the Jew's in fulfilling their divine call according to their scripture. They believe according to their scripture they are the chosen people of God, agreed by the United States. Supported by the American Israeli Lobby.
Likewise according to Muslims who also follow their divine Quran, are also aware of the final chapter for mankind that will be decided in the very place where the world is focused at present.
The minor signs of the last day are here, I think we will all agree, the greater signs we await.
But only one side of true followers and beleivers of God will win, no matter what support in wealth, military aid or violence unleashed. God our creator, has declared the winners in scripture already. When Allah SWT says it is when Allah says be it will be and God will decide when the final curtain will fall.
