Make that Change, be that Change

I'm doing something I do not always do often but somehow I think it adds to what I want to say.
My key topic is Mankind in a Crisis.  Most of us unless we are living in cuckoo land realise we are in a mess. Some might care, some might feel frustrated as to what can they do? can they do anything?
Can one person change the very direction of the current direction of life that humans are going?

When I was not a Muslim this song hit home to me yes you can do something, but you need to be that change.

A person was walking along a beach, he saw hundreds of turtles on the beach stranded, pushed up by strong waves.

He begun walking towards one of the turtles and begun to pick it up. His friend said to him "What are you doing are you going to  put that one out of all these back into the ocean?, that will not make any difference"
His friend ignored him and put that one turtle back into the ocean and replied to his friend" But I have made a difference for that one"
