Everything Comes around time and Time Again

In less than 24 hours British media has focused on three key areas making Britain a broken society, namely immorality, binge drinking now gang crime.
I'm assuming this is spin after the recent riots in the UK?
but the problem is this all came up a few months ago. How do I know that? well check my blogs and you will see out of nearly 1000 blogs all these items have somewhere been recorded. trouble is western society has not got the answers.
So if western powers dont and never will have the answers for society that mankind is crying out for, then who does?
