Obama is getting bogged down with the issue of debt, as with most of the world is. Debt is caused through Interest and this is the modern form of slavery and oppression.
Islam came to abolish slavery and oppression and it came and has come to eradicate not only all debt but interest.
Try beating that one for a policy statement. No western politician could ever and would ever say this. Islam has and will.
