Operation Popeye was underway in 1967 in the Vietnam war. To aid the American military forces long before the outbreak of war secret work had been going on in laboratories in designing ways and means of interfering with the environment, namely the weather, which then could be used as a weapon of warfare.
To defeat the enemies in North Vietnam and the V Cong the US needed continuous rainfall to help them and prevent the enemies from moving their forces along the dirt roads, hence extreme rainfall resulting in flooding would aid the US, which it did.
This was now the beginning of using weather as a weapon, more commonly known today as " Environmental warfare".
Investigations are underway to examine whether there is more behind incidents such as the flooding in North America in N/S Orleans, and other areas hit by extensive abnormal floods.
Investigations are also underway into a top secret laboratory in Alaska where its known that secret experiments have been going on for years to create environmental weather modifications on a massive scale which could bring floods, drought and even earthquakes and tsunamis, hence questions now are being asked over New Zealand, Haiti and More so Japan?.
Japan to be halted from its accelerated growth in the worlds economy has been a major threat to the west and more so the US, with China a neighbour to Japan.
Creating a weather modification to the extent, it could create a earthquake and tsunami on a scale not known before would have positive results for the elite of the US.
A high ranking military commander of the Naval Ordinance laboratory in California was quoted in saying
" Primarily the work is aimed to giving the US navy and others if they wish to use it the capabilities of modifying the environment, to their own advantage or to the disadvantage of the enemy. We regard the weather as a weapon"
With all this uncovered I begin to seriously question climate change, shortage of water and food. I begin to wonder would all these benefit any one?
